Requires 2 AAA batteries, not included. The supplier's package list does not include the blanket shown in its demonstration images.

Use and care
Read and retain the instruction manual supplied with your scale and follow its product labels. An adult must supervise throughout weighing; never leave a child unattended on the tray. Keep within the supplier-stated 30 kg maximum load.
- Use a hard, flat, level and stable surface, with all four feet fully supported. Do not use the scale on carpet or let it touch nearby objects.
- If using a towel or blanket, keep it entirely on the tray and clear of the surrounding table or floor. Use TARE to zero its weight before weighing. Place the child carefully, taking particular care with their head.
- Movement, vibration and draughts can affect readings. Allow the reading to settle; excessive movement may prevent automatic HOLD from operating.
- Stop weighing if the overload indicator appears. Replace low batteries and follow the supplied guide for correct polarity and battery handling. Two AAA batteries are required and are not included.
- Keep the scale dry and protect it from drops, impacts, heavy pressure and direct sun. Clean with a soft cloth; do not rinse the electronic parts or use harsh solvents.
- Remove the batteries for long periods of storage and store the scale in a cool, dry place. Keep batteries, small parts and packaging away from babies and children.
